Warranty - PSI Staff offers a 6 month limited warranty on all products for defects in workmanship from date of purchase. The warranty is void if PSI Staff or PSI Stix are exposed to water or damage is from obvious misuse or neglect. PSI Staff reserves the right to repair or replace defective merchandise at
their own discretion. Each staff is tested before we send it out, and has to pass a
multi-point inspection before we'll ever put our name on it.
Because we make every staff by hand, it could take several weeks or more to fill most orders. Once you
confirm the details, we will notify you of the wait time and price of your custom order.
